About Tom (basement roommate): -Late 30s, just moved from Phoenix this year -Originally from Alaska -Laid back, easy to get along with -Welcoming of people from all backgrounds -12 year old cat named Jango (tolerates/gets along with most dogs and cats) -Live music junkie -Likes to hike, camp, kayak and explore Prefer no pets but will consider on a case by case basis. Located in a friendly neighborhood a short 5 mins to Old Town Arvada, 15 mins to Downtown with easy highway access and all the amenities you could think of close by. Clear creek trail runs directly behind the home, walk to several parks and enjoy a small fenced-in yard. 7 min drive to the new Old Town Arvada RTD Light Rail and Bus Station. Looking for humans who are willing to take care of our home and receive the same compassion and respect from the owners. All utilities are split by tenants (water/sewer/trash, Excel, internet). Pets on a case-by-case basis with pet fee. 12-month lease or longer preferred.
