The huge kitchen features a brand new oven/cooktop with air frying and convection capabilities, a brand new dishwasher, a commercial disposal, a kitchen "garage" full of your essentials such as blenders, mixers, and bagel/toast toaster, a microwave over the oven/cooktop, and a beverage station for your coffee and cool beverage needs. The dining area flows right into the kitchen area and has seating for up to (8) people at the dining table as well as counter/bar seating for (4) more. There is a full laundry room complete with washer, dryer, and a wall pull out ironing board. There are 2 extremely large bedrooms with King size memory foam mattress beds and a smaller third bedroom with a Queen size memory foam mattress bed. We believe the most important items in a rental is that the bed MUST be comfortable and we spared no expense in these memory foam mattress beds so you feel like you're floating on a cloud. There is a large "Jack and Jill" hall bath that shares access from the hall and the second large bedroom for everyone to use. The master bedroom has its own Huge bathroom with double sinks and storage galore. Both bathrooms have tiled walk in showers with no tubs. There is (1) covered carport and plenty of free streetside parking on the Front and Side of the house being that this is a corner lot. We have security cameras on the front and side of the house that record 24/7 as well as Nest doorbell cameras to keep honest people honest. We also have electronic doorlock on the back door for your ease of keycode entry. We have the duct work throughout the house cleaned regularly and have installed UV light systems in the AC unit to prevent any bacterial, viral, dander, pollen issues from arising. We hope to have given you the proper descriptions to help you visualize this amazing and very well kept home This property is our vacation rental property and is primarily meant for vacation and short term rentals. This is not a lease or long term rental property. We are willing to rent to traveling nurses/doctors and business professionals that are here for their short term stays or those that are in between houses and those types of rentals, but need to make this clear that this is not a long term lease type rental. You can find this property as well on Airbnb and VRBO sites. Being that this is a vacation/short term rental property, all utilities are included (electricity, water/sewer, trash, TV/Wifi/internet). There is a $75 cleaning fee. Anything found missing, broken, or damaged will be charged to the tenant for recovery/repair/replacement of such items. We are opening our house to you and ask you be respectful of our property and our neighbors. This is a well established, friendly, and quite neighborhood so we ask that you respect quite time of 11pm weekdays (Sunday/Thursday) and 1am weekends (Friday/Saturday) by keeping the outside noise to a minimum after these times. No pets allowed. Absolutely no smoking of any kind allowed inside the home. Free parking street side on the front and side of the home as this is a corner lot. There is also a one car covered parking area on the property.
