A pet fee of $50 for 1 dog or $115 for 2 dogs is required and is paid after booking is complete when you register your pet on our digital check-in. Pet fees do not cover any damages or accidents caused by your pets. Smoking, vaping, or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises. Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy and noise curfew cut-off time of 10pm will result in additional expenses to remove odors or repair any damages. The home has a coded door lock, allowing you to come and go as you please without interaction with the host. Guests are required to digitally agree and sign house rules and rental agreement which will be emailed once booking is received.
