Backyard is amazing. As far as home it’s a complete tear down and rebuild a new house. Basement leaks under the kitchen in a little storage are in basement there is a door to it. It’s all dirt. That floods as well as the back part of basement on severe days. Both bathrooms are not up to date and the main one that is used is still nasty and second upstairs should just be ripped out re done. Air condition cost during summer is completely outrageous. Winters hold very little heat so we use heaters in bedrooms and etc. garage is old and needs work. Trim outside of house is rotting along with garage. Added a big storage unit in the back yard. Trim around whole house needs ripped off and redone. The patio outback is sinking and uneven and lets water flow to house. When sold it’s a tear down and what they say it’s worth that not without seeing the house inside.
