There is a small patio just off of the main level in the back and a sitting area off the back of the third bedroom also. The home sits on a hill and looks out over a large back yard. Throughout this home you will enjoy beautiful, original artwork by the owner. Local shops and parks include Kaladi Brothers Coffee shop, Carrs Safeway, Bells Nursery, Tastee Freeze and Kincaid Park. Neighborhood schools are Kincaid Elementry, Mears Jr high and Dimond high. Note that the basement level is home to two other small rental units. Owners and managers live nearby and are quick to respond to guests. The following utilities are included in the monthly price: high speed wifi, snow removal, lawn care, water, trash, electric, and gas. We do not have cable TV but we do provide a smart TV which you can access your own subscriptions on. Tenant is responsible for managing reasonable usage of electricity and gas. (for example, if lights are left on all day while tenant is away from the home or if heat is cranked and windows left open tenant will be charged fees accordingly for excessive usage.) Trash is removed weekly each Friday Tenant is responsible for placing blue bins at the end of the driveway each Thursday evening for early friday AM pickup. Absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING of any kind including pot! This is a no tolerance policy and will result in immediate termination of lease. Parking is limited to area directly in front of the garage and is limited to 2 cars only. No personal items may be stored on front porch or anywhere in or around the outside of the house. This is a shared space for all three units. White Christmas lights and tasteful seasonal wreaths and porch decor is acceptable. The driveway spaces on the very right and the very left are reserved for tenants on the basement level. Back yard is currently off limits but ask about this if there is a child or children who need to run around. I may be able to accommodate it with our current tenant downstairs. We hope that you will treat this like it was your own home with love and care. We will take care of maintenance.
