It is great for an active lifestyle with swimming pool and jacuzzi. This location is getting better and better with major private and public investment in this newest part of Henderson, close to Las Vegas and the Strip. The new condos in the area are more expensive per square foot. We will offer a much better place to live for less. We will be reasonable on the price, this is the most affordable area in Henderson; whatever the market is at the time of sale, comparable to the other homes in the area, is ok with us. We would stay but my elderly mother needs a 1 story home so she does not have to climb the stairs. If you are serious about buying in this area, please visit.
