I've got a great spot opening up here in my home in Washington, Utah. I live downstairs, and the entire upstairs is a private rental just for you! Upstairs, you'll have your own comfortable space featuring three bedrooms, a cozy living room, and your own private bathroom. One of the bedrooms is set up with bunks right now, which is great, but if you need a queen bed in there instead, we can totally make that happen just let me know! Thinking about who would be a good fit, I'm open to a small family or up to three individuals. Just a heads-up on a few house rules that are important: we need to keep things free of pets and animals, and I have a strict no smoking or drugs policy on the property. The good news is, all utilities are included in your rent, which makes budgeting simple! Beyond the house itself, the neighborhood here is pretty fantastic, especially if you love being outside. Super close to the Virgin River, and there are pickleball courts, a playground, a bike trail, and even beach volleyball nearby. And if you're into bigger adventures, Sand Hollow Reservoir is only about 5 minutes away perfect for spontaneous lake trips!
