With all utilities and water, garbage, heat, cable, internet split 50/50 comes to about 300. each a month. That's including the high winter months. Zoned heating, each floor and bath have separate heat. We can be excited about a dog in the home, this is truly dog heaven. A Dog considered with interview and references. We, my girlfriend and I may even dog sit from time to time. We lost our dog a year ago and we're not quite ready to get another one. My girlfriend and I are semi-retired and travel quite a bit, we live on the upper floor. We are people that have done a lot of inner work, retreats, workshops and even facilitate them now.
