It is located in a safe and quiet neighborhood near downtown Yuma. Upon entering the premises, you will be greeted with a spacious living room/dining room. Our 65" flat screen T.V. has Netflix installed on it. The space is fully air-conditioned with easy access to the control panel.
Our kitchen is equipped with state of the art appliances including a full-size refrigerator, an oven, a microwave, a toaster, and a tea kettle. It is fully furnished with pots, pans, cooking utensils, bakeware, dinnerware, along with eating utensils for all your cooking needs! Feel free to clean and sanitize any high-touch areas at your convenience with the cleaning products which will be provided for you to use. Additionally, we provide coffee to use with our Keurig machine and an assortment of teas for your enjoyment (for the first few days).
Both bedrooms are furnished with Queen-size beds. We provide clean sheets, towels, washcloths, and basic shower toiletries. Our full size bathroom has a bathtub along with a shower. Bath towels, hand soap, a trash can with trash bags, bath mats, hair dryer, and a first aid kit will be provided.
This property is not shared with owner nor with any other tenants. Private entrance, private garage, and private washer and dryer.

Free street parking is available as well. - Only small dogs or cats are allowed with a $300 non refundable deposit and an additional $25 a month added to the rent. - We allow a month-to-month lease with no commitment to sign a long-term lease. - ALL UTILITIES INCLUDED in the rent price. This includes: Wi-Fi, electricity, water, sewer, trash, and parking.
