There has been a new well dug within the past month. All appliances (stove, refrigerator, dryer) run off of propane and will stay. During the winter this is a great location to cozy up in front of the wood heater and watch the snow fall, and in the fall watch the deer/hogs from the front porch. The house also features a complete rap around porch with a portion of it screened in. Although it is off the grid it has internet and a satellite phone.
