We are renting our vacation home. 2 options - mid-term and long-term: 1) Winter season (Dec-April): $8000/mo all utilities included $900 cleaning $5000 refundable security deposit This rates is valid only for 4 months+. It is higher for 3-month rent. Utilities include: electricity, Wi-Fi, trash removal, snow ploughing, as well as water, sewer, property insurance. 2) Long-term: a year-long lease $3800/mo (and future extension is possible) Some utilities included: water, sewer, property insurance. Tenants are responsible for all other utilities such as electricity, Wi-Fi, trash removal, snow ploughing. PROPERTY DESCRIPTION: Two-story 3-bedroom 2-bathroom home with private outdoor deck and parking space for 3 cars. It is located in the forested area just outside of Breckenridge (3 miles to ski gondolas). An easy access off the highway 9 on the flat access road will allow you a quick commute in any weather. Free shuttle bus stop is nearby (2 mins of walking). The entryway room has a storage space for coats, boots and gear. The living room has a large sectional couch, lounge recliner, TV and the rustic wood-burning fireplace. The dining area has a dining table with 6 chairs. You will enjoy a fully-equipped kitchen with high-quality stainless steel appliances and plenty of countertop space. Bedrooms: The main bedroom is on the first floor with king-size bed, laundry space with washer-dryer and a full bathroom nearby with a shower and single vanity. The second floor has the secondary bedroom, featuring a queen-size bed. The third bedroom, on this floor, has two comfortable twin over twin size bunk beds. There is also a desk in this room perfect for getting remote work done with our Hi-speed internet. There is a full bathroom, between both bedrooms, with single vanity, a heated towel rack, and a shower/tub combo. The house has a septic (licensed for 8 people occupancy). The heating is electrical (8 baseboards in the house - one for each room so you can always set the temperatures just how you like it). The water is supplied from the well. Please note that this home is located next to a highway, and therefore will have some noise from cars passing by. Also note that like most homes in Breckenridge, this home does not have A/C (and you won't need one! Summer temperatures are in mid 60s to mid 70s). PLEASE READ! Several options for rent is available long-term, mid-term, furnished and unfurnished - hence the price is different! LTR: One-year lease - $3900/mo + utilities STR: 4-mo lease - $8000/mo The house is currently STR, so the showings will be scheduled in between guests ONLY FOR applicants who have submitted their Zillow applications already. Video tour is available in the mean time. The house is fully furnished, but for long-term tenants we can discuss other options. LTR tenants need to have an income-to-rent ratio 3 with proven income in the last 2 years. Credit score 710+. Renter's insurance required. No smoking is allowed on the premises. Maximum occupancy is 8. Pets are allowed with an additional pet rent. First month rent and security deposit (which is a one month rent) are owed to move in. Last month's rent deposit is owed and can be paid off in 2 payments, beginning the second month of the lease. All applicants over 18 will be required to submit application via Zillow Rental Manager with credit and background check. Please include in your application desired dates/duration of lease.
