Upstairs duplex: Tenant must keep the unit in a clean and orderly manner. No non usable cars or junk allowed to stay on property. No pets. $1300 deposit with a charge of $200 charge at end of lease if not left as clean as the start of the lease. No loud sounds after 10:00pm due to the other people living in the downstairs duplex. If any thing is not right with the unit, owners want to be notified. For example if there is a leak, please contact owners right away. Tenant pays for their utilities which includes trash. Tenant is responsible for their own snow removal. Owner pays water.
