TRANSPORATION The apartment is a 5 minute walk from Ashby BART station, which gets you to downtown San Francisco in ~30 minutes, downtown Oakland in ~20 minutes, and downtown Berkeley in ~5 minutes. If you prefer the bus, nearby Shattuck Ave is dotted with AC Transit stops. CONSIDERATIONS The apartment is on the older side and shows some normal wear and tear. Everything functions well, but if you're looking for brand new appliances and high end finishes, this may not be the best fit. We ask that you please keep noise levels low after 10pm for the sake of our neighbors. If you're a night owl, like to throw parties, work a night shift, etc, then sadly this is not the apartment for you. On-site laundry is not included, but there's a nicely maintained laundromat one block away that's open daily till 9 p.m. There's plenty of street parking available because we're located on a looped, dead end street.
