Shared bathroom space off the hallway outside the bedroom, full use of kitchen, living room, dining area, and back deck. I'm looking for a full time roommate/tenant who is clean and relatively quiet. I'm an active, music fan, snowboarder, and work remotely. You will often have the place completely to yourself. Because of the housing shortage, I want to rent to a full time Summit County resident. 1 off street parking spot is provided. Since the place is fully furnished, there will not be much room for additional furniture, in your room or the common area, but there is storage below my condo. 1 year lease preferred. I'm looking for a full time resident, not a seasonal worker.
