Property The Landlord agrees to rent to the Tenant the residential property located at: 6900 Saint Ignatius Drive APT 201 Fort Washington MD, 20744 (hereinafter referred to as the "Property"). 2. Term This lease will commence on Start Date and shall continue until End Date, unless terminated earlier in accordance with this Agreement.
