You have the view of the long shore from the Balcony and you will wake up to the beautiful sunrises. - This condo is very well maintained and updated with granite countertops in kitchen and bathroom. Fully furnished and stocked kitchen, free resort WIFI that is fast internet, 200 mbps (great for working remotely), attached parking garage, heated indoor and outdoor pools, hot tubs, on-site laundry (for a fee), and fitness center. This is a non smoking resort and smoking is not allowed in the unit or on the balcony. No Pets are allowed at the resort. Their will be a $130 cleaning fee upon departure. Additional cleanings can be done for an added fee.
