Hi! I'm leaving in January and need to find someone to sublet my room in our apartment for the spring. The apartment is brand new inside and out. Has parking, 5-10 minute walk to unc/center of franklin st. The bus stop is literally at our doorstep. Washer/Dryer inside. You'd be staying with my 3 roommates who are all very easy going, clean, fun to be around. It's a perfect setup and I need to find someone quickly to take over my lease. You'd have a large room with your own private bathroom. Lots of windows, large garage below, tons of storage. Everyone gets along great and they are great roommates.Let me know if interested!
