The farm has 35 +/- acres with a 2003 double-wide Manufactured Home for a living space (3 bedrooms/2 bathrooms) - new roof October 2022. The breeder houses have the following equipment Chore-Time Nest, Wood Slats, Concrete Slat Walls, Concrete Scratch area, Big Dutchman Chain Feeders for females, big Dutchman pan feeders for males, Burch 9000 egg cooler, and Climate Control Chore-Tronics 2 Breeder Edition with Guard Dog Alarm System, along with a Cummings Generator. Houses have both well and county water established. Also included will be 2017 Mahindra Max 26XL tractor with bush hog, auger, box blade, hay spear and landscape rake and two storage buildings.
