    This renovated home is on a big .4 acre lot, and is a great place if you want outside animals. There are many fruit trees on the property including blueberries, a plum tree, a pear tree, a banana, ginger, dewberrys & blackberries. There is also lots of woods nearby with many edible mushrooms in the right time of year. If you like the idea of homesteading, we encourage gardening, and animals that comply with local regulations. The property is important to wildlife, as birds require fields to fly in and nest. We have cardinals, blue birds, blue Jay's, mockingbirds, sparrows, the occasional bat in the evenings, and more. The house is set up in an L shape and has 2 bedrooms in the back with outside access to the porch. Coming toward the front of the house you find the laundry room and a 3/4 bathroom which is almost at the front of the house. Then a full bathroom, a bedroom, and the master suite on the left side of the house, which includes a half bath and a walk-in closet. There is a front fence which allows a place for a dog to run around. There is a back porch which is about 16x36 and is going to be crushed concrete. This home is very close to all kinds of 9 mile shopping, like publix, ollies, target, walmart, winn dixie, aldi, evermans, tractor supply, lowes and home depot, tons of small businesses like coffee shops, mechanics, boutiques, restaurants, health food stores, ice cream parlors, and donut and cookie shops. Also, there's always new ones popping up. There's also many good places to work. Navy Federal being one of the largest and only 14-25 (traffic) minutes away, several aerospace facilities, robotics, general electric (making wind turbines) lots of medical, including but not limited to HCA west Florida, Andrew's institute, Sacred Heart (w/ pediatric facilities), and baptist hospitals, along with many sub-locations like urgent cares, etc. 12-36 month lease is okay. Tenant pays for utilities and yard and maintenance. Water and trash is generally $45-$65. No gas. Wifi is available thru cox for under $50 (with their special). Electric can cost $160-$320 thru FPL. There is a yard maintenance man that comes to the neighborhood biweekly and does the neighbors' grass.
