The home is located in Bushrod, just a 10 min walk from Ashby bart, 5 min from Bushrod park, 20 min to Berkeley Bowl, 5 min to South Berkeley Farmers Market, and close to my favorite Hoi Polloi Brewery! You would get to rent the back bedroom with a view of the backyard. I'm a 30 year old POC man who works from home in healthcare. I enjoy hosting friends, cycling, backpacking, gardening, and more recently surfing! I'm looking for a thoughtful and considerate roommate who values open and direct communication. I like to keep the place generally clean and have things put away. The rent is $1600/mo with water and trash included.
