Smoking is strictly not allowed, inside or out. A dog may be considered. Sorry, we never allow cats. The property is managed directly by me the owner rather than a call center. We've had great relationships will all of our tenants, and maintain friendships with many of them. Our home is located about 500 feet down the driveway from the rental home, so we're around if you need something but otherwise are very respectful of your privacy. And you'll find our neighbors to be fantastic, many of which walk their dogs in the neighborhood throughout the day.
