This building was built as an apartment building. Because of this, the apartments in it are NOT a chopped-up design.
The apartment includes vinyl thermal-pane insulated-glass tilt-to-clean windows with security settings. There is a security system. Anyone who wants to open the main door of the building must know the access code to unlock the main door in order to access the central stairwell.
