This newly renovated single-level apartment is one of two units on the property, with 2 bedrooms, 1 bath, and 825sqft of fully furnished space for up to 6 guests. Enjoy outdoor relaxation on the patio day and night, and stroll to the beach easily. Please note: This is 1 of 2 units on property. The other unit is also a short-term vacation rental located on the ground level. Smoking is NOT allowed inside the house or on the deck or within the building. * We collect the first and last month's rent once the reservation is confirmed for 60 days or more. * We ask all guests, upon confirmation of their reservation, to complete the Guest Information form and acknowledge the Short Rental Agreement. These requirements are important for the smooth operation of our property and to ensure a pleasant stay for all guests.
