The floors in the bedroom and living room are beautiful hardwood. The kitchen is good size with room for a table. The bedroom has two windows and a closet. The full bath has a clawfoot tub and shower. The apt is on the south side of the house and is very bright and sunny. The wraparound porch surrounds the apartment and has plenty of room for sitting. From here you can do some bird watching and looking out onto both the side and front yard and the quiet street which folks love to walk along. Past tenants have fed the birds and they are both plentiful and colorful! A gardening space lies just in front of the porch on this side of the house.
