Once we mutually determine that you may be a good fit for the apartment then I will issue a one time use in our codebox hang from the entry door to each unit. You will enter that code and unlock the doors with the keys inside. After walking through the property you will return those keys and lock them back in the codebox. If you determine you want to move forward with leasing we will have a short meeting at the property which will include your pet if you have one. Both the lease signing and deposit will be done remotely and you'll be issued another code to enter the property and keep the keys.
