-This is a sturdy little farmhouse...been well taken care of...great starter home or retirement home in a quiet and beautiful part of Madison county...the house is heated with a monitor heater in living room and a wood stove. The wood stove does not convey. there is a green area for gardening..really is something special to see for the money.
