Located on the second story of a building on our 18 acre property, private, separate entrance. We live in a separate house on property also and have 4 other rental units - some long term and some short term. Owners pay for electricity, water and sewer. Tenant pays for propane gas (heat and stove top) through Suburban propane and can pay $50 per month extra for WIFI through our French Broad Electric (25 Mbs speed). There is a shared laundry room downstairs with washer and dryer (tenant supplies own detergent). Parking near entrance for 1 car, 2nd car can park wherever there is space that does not block others. No smoking allowed. First month, pet fees (non refundable $100 per pet) and security deposit due at lease signing. Tenant is responsible for trash removal and keeping stairs and entry way clean and clear. Owner is responsible for road maintenance and snow removal as needed.
