Looking for someone who will lovingly use the property month-to-month for up to three months. There is a wood burning stove in the house, an outdoor fire pit, and multiple outdoor seating areas. The house itself is heated by both electric baseboards + an oil tank. There is no A/C, but for summer rentals we do have window units that we install. Strictly no smoking and no pets. No parties or events. No subletting. If oil/heat usage is above the normal usage, rental price will be adjusted. There is a small cabin on the property that owners might periodically use for personal purposes.
