The rent is due on the first of each month and considered late if not received by the 4rth. This is a non-smoking house, all smoking/vaping must be done outside and all smoking waste disposed of properly. Similarly all pet waste must be disposed of in the provided trash barrels. Upon the tenant vacating; the property and furnishings will be inspected. If there is greater than normal cleaning or maintenance needed for the property and furnishings, an additional cleaning fee of $200 will be applied.
