One of the two full bathrooms with shower is located off the kitchen along with a mudroom with stack washer/dryer located at the back entry. Both bedrooms are located upstairs along with a full bathroom with clawfoot tub and shower. The south bedroom offers spacious quarters with a four-poster queen size bed, lounge area, and a large closet. The north bedroom includes a cozy queen size bed, reading area overlooking the park, and closet. Both are comfortably appointed with bedding and pillows; there is also an office (or potential 3rd bedroom) located upstairs which has a desk and (comfortable) full size futon and closet.
