The backyard is relaxing and private and contains a chicken coup, should you want some feathered friends. The home has been updated and comes partially furnished, which includes a brand new Queen-size Purple mattress. There is a small nook in the upstairs portion of the home that is great for relaxing and provides an even clearer view of the sprawling city below. The floors downstairs are wood, the upstairs is carpeted, there is a central heating unit to keep you warm in the winter and window units to cool the home during the summertime (It is a small home and doesn't require much to cool it).
