The house is 1400 square-foot and sits on an 8500 square-foot property. This is a 3 bedroom house with the 3rd bedroom as a bonus room which is reached by going through the first bedroom. It sleeps six comfortably with a total of 3 queen size beds. Two of the bedrooms have a wall-mounted TV and en-suite bathroom. The second bedroom and the bonus room has a door leading directly to the backyard pool. The newest trend throughout the desert is the concrete floors to help keep the house cool with desert weather. The kitchen has a large stainless steel refrigerator, a full cooking range with oven. The kitchen is equipped with everything you need to cook and entertain with friends. Month to Month and fully furnished we would like to rent it to: Business Travels Traveling Nurses Families looking to relocate for temporary housing. Production INCLUDED Netflix, Hulu, and Amazon we do not have regular TV channels. Wifi Utilities: Edison, Water, and Gas only up to 400 a month. The spa is included. When not in use please turn off. It will raise the gas bill. NOT INCLUDED CLEANING LADY: Please keep our place neat and tidy as if it's like your place. If you want you can hire our cleaning lady during your stay Let us know. POOL HEATING: If you want a heated pool, there is an additional charge of $75.00 per day with a 2-day minimum or $225.00 for the week, please let us know at least 24 hours before-hand. The spa is included in the cost of the rental and will always be set at 99 degrees. Also be aware that if you choose to use the Spa, it will stop heating the pool; unfortunately, we are not equipped to do both at the same time so please may sure you turn the spa off when not in use.
