    Our favorite things about this property: Gorgeous View – while a steep embankment, height gives impressive view of the lake and nature (extremely common to watch eagles fishing right in front of you Lake – lake bottom is mostly sand bottom and normally about 3ft deep at end of doc and only about 5 ft deep over 50 yards out before a gradual decline to 35 ft deep in center. Decent fishing and water sports – we have enjoyed fishing, swimming and pontoon and jetski usage without interfering with other peoples use of the lake Multi level – 1 group of people can be downstairs doing their thing (tv, games, chatting, naps…), and another group can be upstairs doing their own thing – without interfering with each other. Entertaining – house has beds to accommodate 10 people (more if people sleep on reclining love seats), we have hosted over 30 indoors, but deck easily accommodates 20 plus people comfortably seated Lot size – yard is large enough for yard games (volleyball, corn hole, ladder golf) but only 10-15 minutes to mow with a rider mower – it is a pie shaped lot so narrow at the lake but wide at the road – results in full lake access and use but significantly lower taxes ------ Year round home on 800 acre Green Lake!
