This peaceful retreat is a lower level flat in our house. It is completely furnished and has a small private patio and private entrance. This is a prime location that is an 8 min walk to town but on a very private 1.5 acres. My husband and I are looking for either a professional single person or a couple who is fairly quiet but not ridiculously so. This price includes water, trash and electricity (up to a$150 limit). 1st and last months rent would be expected. A dog is negotiable and if agreed upon a $400 pet deposit would be expected. Sorry, no kitties, we love them but husband is highly allergic. 1500 includes water, trash, septic and electricity. No cats, dogs are negotiable and would include a $400 pet deposit. Firm no smoking, vaping or recreational drug use policy.
