We created curated, modern apartment especially for you! The entire unit was recently remodeled and the apartment complex includes a pool (not heated), putting green and lots of amenities. Outdoor or Community Features: -Community pool with lounge spaces, putting green and washer/dryer -WALKABLE to Old Town Scottsdale, the hottest neighborhood in Phoenix and the surrounding areas. -The home can be accessed via self-check-in upon arrival -Private outdoor patio furniture for our guests is located right outside the front door to the apartment on the shared walkway. NOTE: Quite hours in all outdoor areas are at 10pm, 7 nights per week. IMPT: There is no lifeguard on duty at the community pool. Children must be supervised at all times and occupants are responsible for cleaning up after themselves in all outdoor areas.
