Looking for a Female to rent for 3 months, a private furnished room in my large house, sharing a bath with another female. Rent to be paid on the first anniversary date of your move in date and every month thereafter on that same date. Late fees will apply. There will be a deposit of $500 upon signing. this will be a 3 month lease. Renters are required to keep common areas clean and alternately clean shared bath. I do have one small 9 lb. dog.
