Neighborhood Description This is a very peaceful neighborhood with its own fire department (.6 miles from the house) on a County Highway. To the East of the property are a number of farms that lead into the heart of East Meredith. To the West is the heart of Meridale which has a Dutch Deli, a local church and a post office. You have your choice of post offices. If you'd like the mail delivered to the house, you need to register with the East Meredith post office. If you'd like to pick up your mail from a post office box, you can use either the Meridale or East Meredith post offices. There are 3 pole barns on the property. One is 30X30X14 and it is attached to an office area that is 10X30X10 and has a gas hot air heater installed. Also attached is another pole barn that is 25X45X8 that can be fitted with a vent system and connected to the heater. On the east side of the property is another standalone pole barn that is also 25X45X8. The Ouleout Creek passes through the middle of the property. The South side of the property is mostly wooded and deer are often seen grazing in that area. Our neighbor to the East usually has horses grazing in their pasture which meets up with our property line.
