Off street parking in an awesome and safe neighborhood. Also, included is your own private fenced 500sqft. courtyard. The Casita has its' own private entrance. All outside areas are maintained by the owners. If you are into hiking, there are several hiking trails within walking distance. Sorry, but NO PETS. We require a RENTAL APPLICATION form to be filled out and a copy of a GOVERNMENT ISSUED ID. We also do a background check. We also require only a $500.00 refundable security deposit to secure rental.
