    What's special

Nicest and best priced 3 bedroom on Shore Road!!! Contact Roger Jerome at (203) 550 1008 (if you are a potential buyer). This Condo is the deal of the century! We just moved to Connecticut, and we have already purchased our new home, so we're selling our beautiful Bay Ridge condo, way below the Zestimate and comps. We loved every minute of living in this home. The view of the harbor is such a mood booster! We saw the most beautiful sunsets imaginable on consistent basis, and every day we loved seeing all the different kinds of ships and boats sailing by. The front of the condo is filled with light all afternoon and it feels like a whole different wing from the back where the three bedrooms are, and where it’s always nice and quiet. The kitchen is great –it's big and has a cool breakfast nook. The cabinetry is maple, and the counters are topped with a tasteful grey granite. The appliances are all stainless steel. We also upgraded the lighting which made the dining area and living room even more elegant. The main bedroom has a large walk-in closet, and a beautiful marble bathroom with a great steam shower. The two other bedrooms include large closets, and both are close to the guest bathroom, which is a nice size, and has tasteful neutral/warm color scheme, and a lovely bathtub. Some other great things: The building is about to remodel the lobby and laundry room, which is going to add value to this already awesome building! There's a huge roof deck with sweeping views of the harbor, city, Statue of Liberty, Verrazzano Bridge, and great views of the fireworks on 4th of July! As far as the surrounding area - there's really nothing else like it in Brooklyn! If you go out the front door, you hit the 69th Street Pier, where you can get the NYC Ferry (which is so fun for the kids) to the city or to the beach. At the side of the Pier is the 4.5 mile long promenade with bike/running path. If you go past the Pier to the left you hit the Narrows Botanical Garden, which is like a secret paradise that has won awards for being one of the nicest garden parks in Bklyn. To the right is Owl's Head Park which is 24 acres of rolling hills, a great playground and waterpark for kids, and has the BEST hills for sledding. Our condo also has a big (separately deeded) corner parking space right outside the downstairs back door, which is available for an additional cost. For public transport: The Express bus is practically at the doorstep (you’ll never want to take the subway again), and it gets you to the City in 20 mins. Across the street is a gourmet café (Pier 69) serving excellent coffee, and great sandwiches.
