The other full bathroom is located on the main floor. Home features central air conditioning for those warmer days, and a gas fireplace in the living room for cooler evenings and some added ambience. The home is situated on a large parcel with a nice grassy lawn that runs all the way to the water's edge. At the shoreline, you'll find the shared dock - left side belongs to this home, and the right side is the neighbor's dock. But, please note that the dock will be inaccessible/unusable for the duration of this rental term due to the lake level being drafted down until next summer. The Kaniksu Shores neighborhood is 7 miles from downtown Sandpoint. Its location along the north shore provides incredible sunrises, sunlight and panoramic views of Lake Pend Oreille and Oden Bay. Home is available October 12, 2024 until May 15, 2025, and both dates are slightly flexible if needed Monthly Rent - $2,200 Monthly Utility Fee - $425 Security Deposit - $2,300 Move-out Cleaning Fee - $395 Security Deposit is due immediately at time of lease signing. First Month's Rent & Utilities, Last Month's Rent & Utilities, and Cleaning Fee are due prior to move-in. Tenant shall pay a $425 monthly utility fee on top of rent to cover all utility costs, which include natural gas, electric, water, sewer, garbage, and internet.
