I am looking to sublet my 1 bd/1ba in the Elmwood area of North Oakland South Berkeley. Apartment is available for sublease from August 1st until the end of January. The north side bedroom has a large walk in closet, a queen size bed, and a comfy recliner. The living room has a smart tv, a small standing desk as well as a regular desk, and a large 9x7 leather L couch. Bathroom has a shower/tub combo. Kitchen comes stocked with all the pots, pans, and dishes you could need. I also have a rice cooker and a panini press. The kitchen is south facing and I've got a built in dining area for 2 that gets amazing sun in the morning. The backyard has a lot of seating amongst 5 fruiting trees and other plants. Utilities not included. First and Last security. No pets. Owner pays for water and wifi. Renter pays for electricity and gas. Renter must leave by Feb 1. No pets allowed.
