There is also a powder room on the main level. Just off the dining room is a lovely outdoor patio with two large umbrellas, a grill, and plenty of seating. Upstairs are three spacious bedrooms, each one having a en suite bathroom. The master bathroom has a large soaker tub. Two of the bedrooms have king-size beds, the third has a single bed. There are also 3 off-the-floor cots that can be used if necessary - they're small, but comfortable. Features: Keyless entry, parking for two cars in the garage. All linens are provided. Washer and dryer are upstairs. Complete with WIFI, air conditioning, hangers, iron, carbon monoxide alarms, smoke alarms and fire extinguisher. It should have everything you need. Walking distance is the awesome Alga Norte Recreation Park - 32 acres feature state-of-the-art aquatic center, San Diego county's largest skate park, three ball fields, basketball courts and huge play ground. Downtown Encinitas is 3 miles, Downtown Carlsbad, 1 mile, and The Forum Carlsbad shopping area, 2 miles.
