Utilities The Owner agrees to pay for the following utilities: gas, electricity, and water. The Tenant shall not be responsible for the payment of these utilities during the term of the lease. Pets No pets are permitted on the premises without the prior written consent of the Owner. The Tenant agrees to abide by this condition, and any violation will constitute a breach of this Agreement. Liability for Lost or Stolen Property The Owner shall not be held responsible for any lost, stolen, or damaged property belonging to the Tenant or any guest of the Tenant while on the premises. The Tenant is responsible for securing their personal belongings. Parking The Tenant is granted access to a private parking lot for parking their vehicle(s). However, the Owner shall not be liable for any theft, damage, or loss to the vehicle(s) or any property inside the vehicle(s) while parked in the lot. No Smoking Smoking is strictly prohibited within the premises. The Tenant agrees not to smoke or allow smoking in the interior or exterior of the rental property. This includes the use of cigarettes, cigars, e-cigarettes, and any other smoking devices. Any violation of this clause may result in a breach of this Agreement. Lease Duration and Termination This lease is a month-to-month agreement, and either party may terminate this Agreement with proper notice as required by applicable law. Either party must provide 30 days' notice in writing to terminate the lease.
