I will be moving into a house and need to find someone to take over my Lease. The Rodgers Forge apartments are 5 Minutes from downtown Towson and a Giant grocery store. The apartment is also directly across from the playground and dog park as well as a 5 minute walk to the Rodgers Forge tot lot. The building doors have smart locks and Smart AC and heating so all you have to do is go on your phone to turn on/off the heat or ac as well as lock and unlock your door if you do not wish to enter the code. I have never had any issues with maintnace and have genuinely loved living here. Hoping to find someone to take over the lease as early as May 1,2022. * All of the items seen in the above pictures will be out of the apartment before you move in. Just wanted to take pictures to show you the space as best as possible. Upon request we can leave the area rug, Sectional and Dinning room table. However this to will be remove if you do not wish to have them in the Apartment. Renter responsible for Gas/Electric, WIFI, Water This will be your private space. I am simply looking for someone to take over my lease so all typical expenses will be covered by the renter.
