Hi there, I'm renting a small newly remodeled studio ADU that is detached from my house. We would be sharing a driveway and backyard. It is available immediately. The adu is approximately 200 square feet, and has a kitchenette with a mini fridge, hot plate and full bathroom. It is newly remodeled and hasn't been lived in before. The nitty gritty: You must pass a background and credit check. - Rent is $800 a month and includes utilities. - On move in I would require first and last month's rent. A fully refundable security deposit of $800 can be paid over several months. Utilities are included in rent. - Dogs and cats are ok, but keep in mind that the space is very small and the yard is not yet fully fenced. There is a person sized space between the house and ADU that doesn't have a gate. Additionally, a large dog and one person would be very tight quarters inside. I would want our dogs to meet and get along. Pet rent is $25 a month and an extra $200 security deposit. Per my insurance dogs need to be at least 2 years old.
