I love watching the deer come into the yard in the morning and the sounds of the birds first thing in the morning its so peaceful out here and the neighbors are respectful everyone pretty much keeps to themselves out here which is nice. At night time I normally sit outside and listen to the crickets and grasshoppers. The land can be turned into a beautiful home area or a nice tiny home campsite area we have one area of camping out here so far that is 3 miles from the land. its in a great area for Hunting and Fishing and Camping there is also a River and a Springs within 5 miles to the home and the home is in a no flood zone area a lot of hunters normally come out her through out the year for the fine hunting, fishing. There is a Solar electric company less then 5 miles from the land also so if you are seeking to do Solar its a great area for that as well.
