The apartment recently got a new heating/central AC unit as well. Washer and dryer in apartment laundry room as well as a dishwasher. Parking available in the driveway, and landlord provides snow removal in winter. 1 very friendly dog, 2 cats, and a hermit crab tank in the apartment so could not have additional pets move in. If you are an animal lover but don't have pets of your own this would be a great fit. Shared spaces are furnished, but available rooms are unfurnished. Available April 1.
