This penthouse unit offers a direct ocean view with many updates, including fresh paint throughout the unit on walls and trim, newly painted kitchen cabinets and hardware, new lighting, new artwork and decor, new sleeper sofa, new microwave, new draperies, and a new air conditioner in bedroom and living room. This is a one bedroom king bed unit, fully furnished, complete with housewares. The unit has the perfect layout that allows the privacy of a two bedroom. Both the bedroom and living room have separate doors that can be closed and the bathroom is located in the center. So both guests can reach it without intruding on one another. Living room offers a queen sleeper sofa, which allows for the accommodation of 4 people. It has a dining area and a sliding glass door to the balcony. The full size kitchen is equipped with all stainless steel appliances, except for dishwasher. It has granite countertops and plenty of cabinet space and housewares. Unit has no washer or dryer. The bathroom has two sections for complete accessibility, one section with the shower and toilet and the other with the sink and mirror. Monterey Bay offers several amenities, including on-site facilities fitness center, indoor heated pool, two outdoor pools, and a lazy river. One pool is located on the 10th floor. There are 2 hot tubs, a sun deck, lawn games, private beach access, and more. Guest access Guests have access to everything the resort offers except for the free breakfast. Your parking and pool passes will be inside the unit when you arrive. The parking garage is attached to the building. If you are driving a large truck or van, parking is located on the ground floor and is limited to first-come, first served. Luggage carts are located on the second floor of the parking garage next to the front desk. Smoking is permitted on ground floor on the north and south end of the building. There are two access points to the beach: one on the north side and one on the south side. Ice machines are located on floors 4, 6, 8 and 10. Other things to note We are not responsible for any amenities that are not functionable or being repaired during your stay. There is a king sized bed and a sofa bed. Wrist bands and parking passes are supplied. Full sized kitchen with dishes, silverware, pots and pans. Luggage carts are located on second floor. Trash needs to be taken and put in cans located next to elevators. Please do not sit trash outside of unit.
