Maintained house in gate community. Hard wood floor. House is unfurnished , close to Highway I 25, close to food court, public & private school . No smoking . Tenant paid all utilities , maintain front , back, side yard including weed. Please complete background and credit check. Security deposit can't be used for last month rent. Cleaning deposit 800$ (it is refundable if house in normal wear and tear), but not uncleanliness (should clean at the end of term) When move out , house should be in same state clean when move in. Please hire professional, cleaner to clean inside house and gardener to clean up all yard. If not, cleaning deposit will be used all for it. If not enough, security deposit and damage deposit will be used. Cleaning fee $500 (non refundable). Tenant responsibilities: utilities, maintenance of yard (front, side & back) & washer-dryer. Pet only allowed if less than 25 lbs with additional $50/ month/ pet, with 400$ pet fee per pet (non refundable ), pet deposit $500/ pet. Damage deposit $2,550 . Put nails / make hole in wall for hanging picture is not allowed. If not, damage deposit will be used for it and any damage, broken things in house & yard. If broke the lease, security deposit won't be returned , for remedy loss rent.
