Nine senior water rights convey with the ranch, all of which are exclusive rights off Mussigbrod Reservoir. The Lazy K Ranch includes a 14,000-acre USFS lease in Saginaw Meadows out of Jackson. The ranch features a charming dry cabin with barn wood finishes on the interior, providing the perfect place to relax and unwind after a long day of ranching or outdoor activities.
